Blooming IV Therapy provides mobile intravenous therapy services administered by licensed nurses under medical supervision. Our services do not replace emergency medical care nor constitute primary diagnosis or treatment.

3. Elegibilidad del Paciente / Patient Eligibility

Para recibir servicios, el cliente debe:

Completar la evaluación médica previa
Firmar el Consentimiento Informado
Ser aprobado clínicamente
Blooming IV Therapy se reserva el derecho de negar el servicio por razones clínicas o de seguridad.

To receive services, clients must:

Complete the medical screening
Sign the Informed Consent Form
Be clinically approved
Blooming IV Therapy reserves the right to refuse service for clinical or safety reasons.

4. Exactitud de la Información Proporcionada / Accuracy of Provided Information

5. Política de Pagos / Payment Policy

6. Cancelaciones y No-Show / Cancellations and No-Show

Cancelaciones con menos de 24 horas: 50% del costo del servicio
No-shows: 100% del costo del servicio
El depósito no es reembolsable

Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% of service cost
No-shows: 100% of service cost
Deposits are non-refundable

7. Política de Reembolsos / Refund Policy

Una vez iniciada la terapia IV, no se ofrecen reembolsos.
Los productos, suplementos e inyecciones no son reembolsables.

8. Limitación de Responsabilidad / Limitation of Liability

Blooming IV Therapy no se hace responsable por:

Reacciones adversas resultantes de información médica omitida o falsa
Uso incorrecto de información publicada en el sitio
Retrasos por causas externas (tráfico, clima, emergencias)
La responsabilidad total está limitada al costo del servicio recibido.

Adverse reactions resulting from omitted or false medical information
